i want to upgrade to 16gb ram and my processor is AMD Ryzen 5 5625U. Can anyone let me know if it is possible.

HP only has the service manual for the previous model series available.

 

HP Pavilion 14 Laptop PC 14-ec1000 (4V212AV) - Setup and User Guides | HP® Support

 

Chapter 1 has the memory upgrade info.

 

Play close attention regarding the number of memory slots the notebook has based on the graphics adapter it comes with.

 

Nvidia graphics = 1 memory slot.

 

Onboard AMD graphics = 2 memory slots.
