HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop PC 15-ed1000 (169X0AV)

Hello,

I have recently bought HP laptop (around a month ago). It says that warranty soon expires and was active since the beginning of 2021 though I bought the product just recently from an authorised seller in Poland. It is not possible to dispute the claim online it seems as there is no option. I would like to dispute it somehow. Can someone from HP support reach out to me?

Thank you in advance!

Sincerely yours,
Saidolimkhon

Hi:

This is a peer-to-peer forum.

We do not work for or represent HP.

The reason there is not at least a minimum of a 1-year warranty on your notebook remaining is because HP starts the warranty clock ticking the minute the PC leaves the assembly plant.

So, the more time that has elapsed since the notebook left the assembly plant to the time you purchased it, the less time there is on the warranty.

You can get the warranty start and end dates adjusted by one of these methods:

If the online dispute form is not working...

You can contact HP customer support and have the warranty start and end dates adjusted.

You also may be able to initiate a support request via the HP support assistant program that comes preinstalled on your notebook.
