Hi I have purchased new OMEN laptop from flipkart the warranty seems to be only 8 months only in my laptop but during purchase it's mentioned like I'll have 1 year of warranty , Please do the needful to cover 1 year of warranty from my purchase date

Yes, all new HP machines have at least ONE year warranty (for hardware). Please contact HP in your country, they will help you.
