Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I called Hp Customer Service and they gave me the phone number of a person for extension of warranty. On asking the payment link, he has mailed me a quotation which specifies the person is from "ARM Infoserve (1) Pvt Ltd", which is associated with Hp for warranty extension. On searching here in the community, I found some posts marking this as a scam.

Could you please exactly specify the actual procedure for warranty extension ?

Is the company legitimate?

I would you visit the HP Shopping website according to the country you are located and then you may purchase online or you will find the contact number on the top of the page.
