HP ENVY 17.3 inch Laptop PC 17-ch0000 IDS Base Model

I purchased my current laptop in very late 2021, to replace an older HP laptop. Because I had gotten great warranty service before, I wanted to stick with HP. I, as before, got the 3 year accidental damage carepack. I was told it was registered. When I call the customer support line, they are able to see the warranty on their end. However, the website doesn't recognise it, so I can't initiate any conversations with chat support in order to have my computer sent in for repairs. Phone support was unable to assist with accomplishing that as well. They are able to recognise the carepack, but they can't change anything to make it so that the website does, and they couldn't initiate a repair request. There are 0 other contact options that I have been able to find for contact, as the "support chat" doesn't work if it doesn't think you have a warranty. It will not connect you to a person, it will just continue to spew auto-generated messages at you. There's no email. There's no way to open up a ticket to ask for someone to fix my account so that I can initiate a repair. How do I get them to fix this without having to do a phone call? I wouldn't have bought an HP computer if it wasn't for the warranty options, and it's frankly ridiculous that they know that I have a warranty and yet their website doesn't recognise it.
