We submitted our laptop in April 2024 to be fixed. Every couple of weeks we get another email stating the computer is still not fixed and shipping back to us is set for a later date. We have tried calling customer service and told that someone will get back to us and have still gotten no help. Our warranty is about to expire and I feel like this warranty was a scam and hp is not honoring what we paid for. I am hoping someone can advise as I don’t want to ah e to get lawyers involved.

I don't know where you are posting from, as the forum hides this information now, but here in the U.S. a product liability lawsuit costs, on the average, of $35,000 - $45,000 dollars to get to trial, and even then, you chances of winning are slim. So spending that kind of money on a laptop that, at most, cost no more than $2000 is a silly thing to even contemplate.
As to warranty service, we have no interface with the Service Centers, have no way to contact them, and no influence on their work. You have to continue contacting them yourself to get any kind of feedback from them.
