Product: HP Laptop PC 15s-fq2000 (2D119AV)

I just purchased this laptop in January and when I set it up, it says that the warranty is expired. I opened a case with HP but that was more than a month ago. How can I get someone to help me with this so I get my manufacturers warranty?
