I bought the Care Pack warranty when I bought my laptop. I did not use the warranty and I'm trying to find out how to the refund that you can apply for when you don't use the warranty. It appears all Care Pack links do not work. Can someone tell me how to proceed?
Thank you

Hi @BooLeeLou,
Welcome to the HP Support Community
I understand you are facing an issue with the Carepack refund. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
If no service event occurs after the purchase date of the Care Pack, you are allowed to claim a rebate for the price of your Care Pack. Please refer to your Risk-Free rebate form at the time of purchase as the program dates and conditions may have changed.
I have shared a link, I hope this helps: https://www.hp.com/us-en/shop/cv/risk-free-care-pack
Keep me posted on further assistance. Hope that helps!
If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accept as Solution and Kudos, Thumbs Up buttons on the public post, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
Have a great day ahead!

The advice you gave doesn't really apply to my issue. Now my warranty is expired because I didn't use. I want to get the money back from HP that is promised if you do not use the warranty. The steps you tell me to follow won't work. There is no option for "still need help". There is an option for "other". When I click on that it tells me that the warranty is expired, I already know this! If I want to talk to someone at HP I need to pay money. This is ridiculous! There should be an easy way to just reach out to the Care Pack Team and get my refund. The HP virtual assistant is no help either. So I cannot get to the form you mention and therefore cannot get to the phone number I need to call someone. I am not looking for out of warranty repair help, I just want the refund that HP states I'll get if I don't need to use the warranty. Can you provide me with a phone number so I can contact HP and try to get to the Care Pack Team to get my refund?

Rachel, and I am telling you that when I click on this it wants me to pay for support! There is no option to talk to someone about my expired warranty and wanting the portion of my money back that HP promises if you do not use the warranty. This is a joke! Certainly there has to be a way to talk to someone at HP and find out what paperwork or online application I need to fill out to get a portion of my money back. I'm not sure if you are a real person or not but you keep telling me to go to the same link and it is NOT a solution. If you can provide me with a phone number I would appreciate it. I have no clue how to reach out to HP and all the Care Pack links do not work on the HP site.
Thank you

For anyone else out there looking for the Care Pack Rebate form... here is the link to get there:
https://www.hp.com/us-en/shop/cv/risk-free-care-pack
You can download the rebate form from this link. Why it is so difficult to get HP to provide this link to me is beyond me. But I found it so I thought I would pass it on in case someone else needs the info.
