Today I bought HP 247 G8 ryzen 3 5300u quad core/ 8gb ram/ 512 gb SSD/ FreeDOS from online. Model number 6B5R3PA. But when I recieved the product there was warranty related issue. When I check the warranty on HP website instead of 1 year it's showing the warranty period of 4 months. I've no idea how to claim the warranty of 1 year. Please help me so that I can get the warranty of 1 year.

Hi:
HP starts the warranty clock ticking the minute the PC leaves the assembly plant.
So, the longer the PC remains unsold, the less time remains on the warranty.
You will have to contact HP support in India and have a customer services rep help you get the warranty start and end dates adjusted.

Yes, I understand that trying to contact HP is quite difficult.
I don't work for or represent HP.
The only thing I can suggest is after you connect to the internet, install the HP support assistant and that should provide you with additional means to contact HP such as chat.
The Blue download button at the top right of the page.
