Hi,
I bought last year a notebook in Panama, HP Pavilion 15eg, and las week it broke, does not start. I called the support (in Argentina I live there) because the warranty has not expired. But they said that because in argentina they dont sell the product I have to go to store that I bought it.

You may need to read exactly what is covered by the warranty. I suspect only manufacturing defects are covered.
