I purchased a new Laptop and have been trying to get the Warranty started plus the Care Pack started. I have sent the requested information and Documents Twice and still no warranty shows up when checked. I also never received any reply from the Customer service center. I avoided buying HP for years, now I'm starting to remember why. Any suggestions to fix this?

Welcome to the HP support community.
I understand that you want to update the warranty, I am glad to assist you.
You might have to raise a warranty dispute to update the warranty.
