Product: HP EliteBook 845 14 inch G10 Notebook PC (70A39AV)

I have bought a hp elitebookn845 G10. When i purchased the product on website, it showed the laptop comes with three standard warranty. But, now when i registered the product it is only showing 1 year warranty. It's been 3 weeks since trying to get hold of an agent who can fix this. But, no representative is willing to help. They are just redirecting the call from one to another. Pathetic support from HP.

The series has many models/products. You may buy a machine which only has 1 year warranty. You can use HPSA to check. For example (3 years warranty):

The following machines which show some have 3years but some have 1year warranty
