I literally just purchased a HP laptop from the site as a guest. Paid for the order and then the screen started buffering. Received a notification that the payment has been taken out of my account. But GUESS WHAT?! THE SCREEN WAS STILL BUFERING AFTER 15 MINS so I existed out the screen. I received no email after the email notification that HP has my payment. I don't have a order#, confirmation, email etc. Customer service is closed. I can't view my order with no order number because remember I HAVE NOT EVEN RECEIVED A ORDER CONFIRMATION FROM HP. I ONLY RECEIVED ONE FROM MY BANK. OH AND I FORGOT! MY ORDER IS NOW SITTING IN MY GUESS CART LIKE I DIDN'T BUY IT AND OWN IT! WTH IS THIS A SCAM?! I AM SO UPSET. AND NO THE EMAIL CONFIRMATION IS NOT IN MY SPAM FOLDER. I need help! I literally spent my last savings to purchase this laptop for a wfh job I start in 2wks. I don't even have enough legit information to even give customer service an order# just my screenshot of my bank statement
