I have a HP Envy x360 Laptop, running Windows 64 bit with a Dell Monitor. I cannot use my webcam on my monitor. I am able to use the camera on my laptop screen when I use Zoom (I don't know if Zoom uses the webcam or just the camera). I can't even find anything relating to my web cam when I do a search. The webcam is not listed in any system settings. How can I either find it or reinstall it so it will run on both the laptop and the Dell Monitor?
I tried to find more information using HP Support Assistant, a message appears the "HPSF.exe" either does not exist or was moved. So, I downloaded the HP Support Assistant from HP, but when I tried to install it, a message said that the file it was replacing was newer. What do I do about that? Webcam is the more important issue right now.
