Product: HP EliteDisplay E240c 23.8-inch Video Conferencing Monitor

I have an HP EliteDisplay E240c monitor that at one time had a functioning Webcam and Speakers.  That is until my most recent Windows 11 update and now neither work .

 

Was is most frustrating is that it appears that HP does not have a Windows 11 compatible driver for the webcam.  

 

Is this correct?
