Webcam on Laptop not working

HP Recommended
HP Notebook - 15-db0020ca
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

The webcam, HP TrueVision HD Camera, on my laptop isn't working.

I'm not sure if it's ever worked, because I haven't tried to use it until now.

Whenever I open camera, it shows a black screen and says that there's been an error, and it doesn't work on any apps.

I've tried updating the drivers, I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and I've tried everything that was recommended to try, and nothing is working?

I'm really confused on why it's not working, and I feel like I have tried everything, can anybody help?

Thanks so much!
