I’m having issues with this website : https://www.cricketira.com/ on HP systems. It loads slowly, some pages do not respond properly, and parts of the site sometimes freeze or take too long to open. I wanted to report this in case it’s a compatibility or performance issue.

Does it really have anything to do with the system?

Hi @Jonathans1975,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I understand how  it must be to deal with slow loading and freezing issues while trying to use a website on your HP system.

Could you please share the exact HP model you’re using  and whether this issue occurs across all browsers or just one? It would also help to know if the slowdown happens only on a specific website or across multiple sites.

In the meantime, here are a few  steps you can try:

Clear browser cache and cookies: Old cached data can sometimes cause performance issues.

Update your browser and system drivers: Make sure both are running the latest versions.

Check background processes: Open Task Manager to see if other applications are consuming high CPU or memory.

Run HP Support Assistant: This tool can automatically check for updates and optimize performance.

Test on another network: Sometimes slow connectivity can mimic system issues.

I hope this helps.

I'm an HP Employee.
