Product: HP Chromebook x360 - 14b-ca0015cl

I have a Chromebook and have had it for about four years. It was working normally until earlier this year. There are some websites that I go on that take long to load, start lagging, and eventually make the laptop stop working. I have to turn it off and then back on after that. These websites used to not do that and worked like most other ones. Some of these website are kind of important like my college's bookstore website. I think that is my main or even only problem but it seems like that is not the only thing different with it. Thanks.
