HP Pavilion Plus 14 inch Laptop PC 14-eh0000 (56D78AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

I have an old HP laptop, a newer HP laptop, and an HP printer.  Depending on what HP website I'm on, it shows 1 device, all 3 devices, or none.

I know one site is the HP "Support" website, and it lists all 3 devices on my dashboard.

Another HP site, under "Devices" just has my printer.

Yet another HP site, under "Devices" just says "Oops! No devices found."

What is the issue between HP sites - why does it not show my 3 devices consistently?

Hi @KevinTichenor

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.

I understand the concern. Thank you for providing the screenshots and details. Based on what you shared, the behavior is typically related to how different HP services track and display devices rather than an issue with your HP Pavilion Plus laptop or HP account itself.

From your screenshots:

• The HP Support Dashboard shows all three devices (printer and both laptops). • The HP Account Devices page shows only the printer. • Another HP account page reports "Oops! No devices found."

This can occur because different HP portals use different device registration methods:

HP Support Dashboard

  • Often displays devices that have been manually added, detected through HP software, or associated with support cases and warranty records.
  • This is why all three of your devices may appear here.

HP Account Device Management

  • Usually displays devices that are directly linked to your HP account through registration or an HP application sign-in.
  • Printers commonly appear here because they are frequently linked through HP App and cloud services.

Other HP Services

  • Some HP services maintain their own device database and may not automatically synchronize with every HP portal.
  • If a device was never registered within that specific service, the page may show no devices found even though the same account is being used.

To improve consistency across HP services:

Verify that you are signed in with the exact same HP account email address on all HP websites.

Open your HP Support Dashboard and confirm that all devices show the correct serial numbers and product names.

On each laptop:

  • Open HP Support Assistant.
  • Sign in with your HP account.
  • Allow the device information to sync.

For the printer:

  • Open HP App.
  • Confirm the printer is signed in and associated with the same HP account.

If a laptop appears only in the Support Dashboard:

  • Remove and re-add the device from the dashboard if the option is available.
  • Allow some time for the device information to refresh across HP services.

Based on your screenshots, the most important point is that HP Support Dashboard is successfully recognizing all three devices. This confirms that the devices are associated with your account records. The difference you see between HP sites is generally due to each portal referencing a different device database or synchronization method rather than the devices being lost from your account.

Could you let us know whether both laptops currently have HP Support Assistant installed and signed in with the same HP account? That detail can help determine why the laptops appear in the Support Dashboard but not on the other device-management pages.

Take care, and have an amazing day!
