Hello @dleites91
There are multiple options that are available to download and use. It comes to knowledge base and personal choice.
The program I personally use is Windows Movie Maker as it is simple to understand, edit, then publish changing the codec format and file size easily.
It is part of Windows Essentials 2012 but is kept going until EOSL life of Jan 10,2017

Hope this helps

Hey dleites,
If it's a free version you are looking for I like Lightworks.

The guys I'm sitting next to will tell you Windows MovieMaker. That's simpler and also good.

Hello,
I found these apps on the Microsoft Store. I'm not sure if these will meet your needs.
Video Maker - VideoShow - https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/store/p/video-maker-videoshow/9nblggh4xbm2
Movie Maker: Free Video Editor - https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/store/p/movie-maker-free-video-editor/9nblggh4wwjr
Easy Movie Maker - https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/store/p/easy-movie-maker/9nblggh626qk
Video Editor Master - https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/store/p/video-editor-master/9nblggh5qb93
Here are some more third-party recommended alternatives to Windows Movie Maker, which was discontinued by Microsoft.

Hope these help!
