What exactly does SoftPaq sp143657 change/do?

Is there any way to find out what exactly BIOS update sp143657 does? The only thing I can see on release notes is "enhanced security", but I'd like to understand if that's actually fundamental & necessary firmware security, or something like with the HP printer I just got where "security updates" come alongside locking out the ability to use third-party cartridges.

I can't find any other details on either the HP site directly or general internet searches - anyone have any ideas on how to find out more?

It's a BIOS update for crying out loud! This is vital information to have before proceeding.

I was hopeful that it would address the AMD fTPM stuttering problem (which, given it affects the fTPM module, could be considered a 'security' update), but I tried applying it anyway and no dice there.

So, I can tell you one thing that *isn't* in it!
