Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I use the 'prt screen' function daily for what I do for work. Just recently I noticed that it is no longer copying the screen and/or not saving it into the folder typically where screen shots would be. I do most of my copying of the screen on word or OneNote so using paint or any other application is not feasible. Can you please tell me if there is a fix for this or what can I do to solve this?
