Constantly showing up and failing to install in Winblow 10 update app. What is this 'bug'?

Download Windows 10 Updates Troubleshooter Tool from Microsoft <

Run it and click on "Hide updates" option and you'll be able to hide desired update  in the list.

Painless and now I am not bugged anymore!. There were a bunch of updates in the list from the troubleshooter...why do I not see these updates offered from the ms update app?

Most of them probably just update automatically. They also may have another name when you see them in the Updates app.
