Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
I tried to rest my HP Stream Notebook and an error occurred. When I tried to turn it back on it couldn't even get to the login screen, it would just show the HP symbol. I pressed F11 upon powering on and the error code: 0xc0000225 came up alongside a message to repair the device.

What does this mean and how do I fix it?

If pressing F11 to restore from the recovery partition is not working, you could boot from a recovery USB instead. If you did not previously create a recovery USB, you could order one from HP.  You could also create a Windows 10 installation USB and do a fresh install of Windows 10, instructions are here.
