HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I bought an HP Laptop in October 2023. (dy-5058ci).
About 6 weeks ago, I went to log in and recieved a na ti virus message (from Trend Micro, my AV software) that it blocked a suspicious file, impacting powershell.exe. I jave tried using this AV soft ware and one other to remove. It appears to be a possible malware or ransomware from what I have read.
The computer works though os slower and often has trouble connecting to the internet despite which browsers I use (Chrome, edge, firefox)
Any suggestions
