Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello guys, I have a problem with my HP laptops, and this is how I can install the audio and video card drivers offline or online with any software, and this is a problem, and I get the  DriverPack Solution, please tell me who I can install it on my HP Laptop.

and I buy this HP laptop ($800).

Sorry, but since this is just a self-help Support Community staffed mostly by volunteers, we have no capability for debugging problems with third-party (i.e., non-HP) applications.

For help with issues with this product, you have to contact the vendor of the application or their support forum.
