Product: HP Laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Laptop has gotten to the point where there is little consistency when I view folders and files as administrator, user, directly via C: drive.  The main symptom is two desktop folders and two documents folders where the folders have different content.  How can I weed through the folders in an order of priority so I don't loose information and in what priority should I do this?
