8 gb ram
DDR3 1600 Mhz

 

When I am start the game my CPU used going to 70 to 80% in task manager 

I don't know why I have a good configuration

 

I am check already checked background applications and disable

 

So please help me what I need to do do I need to upgrade the RAM ?

Games require all a lot of resource of machine from CPU, GPU, RAM, fans .. That why CPU will shot up when you start a game and that is normal.

 

In your case, machine uses the Intel Graphics first. Upgrade RAM may help but CPU will not go down much.
