Product: HP Pavilion x2 - 10-k010nr

When I power on after the hp logo before it gets to the user screen the screen flashes black and there are a bunch of circles on the left side that resemble what your fingerprint scanner on phone looks like. They are about the same size as your icons on the. Once it goes past the startup user screen the circles stay and are white with rings around them. Touch screen and keyboard not working. Can't preform any commands.
