The fan control feature does not work on my OMEN 15-dh1053nr Command Center. When the fan speed is changed, the fan does not respond, and continues to run at the current speed.  Did this issue occur due to a recent BIOS update similar to that of the Omen 15-ek0000 series and BIOS updated to version F.02? if so, how can this be fixed?

same here in an HP envy x360 brand new. After a week of use, a big update including several drivers and a bios update, the hp command center in which you handle the fan speed profile, stopped working

I'm pretty sure it's the bios update ruining it, so we will have to wait like a year to have this solved

Hi!

While I do appreciate your attempt to help, I have the impressión you haven't even read my message

1- After a week of use (meaning the laptop is ONE WEEK OLD and during that week the laptop worked perfectly) the laptop received a MAJOR UPDATE that made it stopped working properly

2- The updated included Windows 11 22H2, several programs updates and a BIOS Update. There is literally NOTHING LEFT TO UPDATE

3- My experience with almost 10 yeats of HP ultrabooks tells me that you just messed it up with the BIOS update. It's not the first time. So i (and most users) would appreciate not stupid solutions in the line of "hey please update", which is the first thing most people does at home before even contacting this forum, but you passing the feedback up to the developers, hopefully in 8-10 months we will have another BIOS update (or Command Center update) that fixes the Command Center fan profiles.

Once again, thanks a lot for your effort, I'm just trying to be efficient here because this silly HP errors ruins user experience
