I reviewed your post and I understand that the HP support assistant is giving an error when installing drivers.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I recommend you uninstall HP support assistant from your computer and then restart the computer.

 

Once the computer is restarted then download and install the HP support assistant from the below link and check.

Click on the delete icon next to the driver and restart your computer and check if it resolves the issue.
