In trying to resolve an issue with Poly Camera Pro 2.8.7 not working in Zoom, one recommendation I found said to uninstall and reinstall Poly Camera Pro. That put me on a search to download the software, but the HP support page for my laptop model and Windows 11 version 25H2 (which I upgraded to recently) does not show that software to be available. However, if I select an earlier Windows version, Poly Camera Pro shows as available for download, but an earlier version (2.2.8).  I did a Google search "For HP laptops, is there a replacement for Poly Camera Pro software for Windows 11 version 25H2 64-bit?" which gave a response, "Yes, for HP laptops running Windows 11 (including newer versions like 25H2), the primary replacement and current version of the software is the Poly Lens Desktop App." However, that is also not shown as available for download from HP for my laptop and my OS version. Can someone at HP knowledgeable on this issue respond with clarity whether or not I need to replace Poly Camera Pro on my laptop, or if I should replace it with Poly Lens Desktop App, and where the latest HP-compatible version of those apps can be downloaded?

So, I contacted HP Support (my EliteBook is still under warranty) and they connected me with Poly support. I asked if Poly Camera Pro is still supported in Windows 11 version 25H2 or discontinued since it is not available on the downloads for my model and Windows version. They said that Poly Camera Pro is not discontinued, but it's not on the download page because there are known issues with Poly Camera Pro and Windows 11 version 25H2. If/when a fix is available, it will again be available on the software and drivers download page for this model and Windows version. In the meantime, one suggestion is to rollback the 25H2 update for Windows.
