To Whom It May Concern:
My name is Andrew Wissler. I have an HP Pavilion dv7-6b32us Entertainment Notebook PC running Windows 7. Where can I find the latest versions of HP Software Framework and HP Connection Manager?

You can get the latest version of the connection manager at the link below.

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp82001-82500/sp82423.exe
I don't believe that you can download the HP Software Framework separately.
It will automatically be installed when you install the latest version of the HP support assistant from the link below.
