Product: HP 245 G7 Notebook PC

I bought my PC at a retailer shop and I didn't get any product key to activate MS Office. Now my MS is not working and I really need to activate it but they said to contact the manufacturer so

I don't know why "they" told you to contact HP because If you're asking for an MS Office key, we can not help as HP keeps no records of them.

 

You should return the PC to the retailer because they should have provided you with the key and did not.
