Hi,
You can download the uefi diagnostic installer from the link below - as mentioned under 'Prerequisites', this will prompt to create the HP_TOOLS partition if it isn't already present.

Hi There,
I am facing a problem with my HP Pavilion G6-2331 tx model...!!!
By default it has very old version with no UEFI support... I downloaded UEFI Diagnostic setup., but when i run it., it gives a prompt that HP_TOOLS partition cant be found., but when i create it,following error occurs:
Main drive already has 4 partitions. Additional partition cant be created...!!!
Please help me out here that how can i can solve this...????

Hello, I upgrade my computer from windows 7 to windows 10. I have updated the drivers and other stuff but the wireless will not work. the screen brightness keys and volume keys are working. When I press the wireless button, it turns airplane mode on and off but the light does not change from orange to white, and the wireless will not come on. I can't turn on wireless in settings (it just will not turn on).
Please is there anything else I can do?
