Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just purchased a new HP laptop and it came with the HP 2Yr Acc Damage protection, Lojack and 24/7 telephone tech Support.... except ...  there is nothing in my documentation that speaks to this coverage, no 24/7 telephone numbers and nothing relating to Lojack whatsoever in the packaging.

Further, this coverage is not reflected on my HP warranty information when I go on line.

Can someone assist?

Hello @TheSSDReview

Thank you for posting in the official HP Support forum. Welcome !

The forum cannot help you much - you need to get in touch with the reseller or HP Support directly.

With regards to support options, HP prefers being contacted via chat option or via ticket creation. Therefore, it is best to reach HP Support via website

In case you would like to call them, here is the number >>  1-(800)-474-6836 (1-800-HP INVENT)

Chat option (24/7 for USA/CA/AMS) >> https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp

With regards to the warranty,  contact HP and ask to file a warranty dispute. You will have to provide pictures or copies of your documents that claim/prove your statement so that it gets fixed in the HP system. Usually, what people initially see in the online warranty check system are details about when the PC was initially produced in factory and not when the warranty start date and further details

Hope this helps. Provide your feedback or let me know if you experience difficulties.
