I tried that and most other key combinations.  Nothing seems to work.  I even tried reprogramming the keyboard with instructions I got from some site. I just want to debug my VBA code in MS-Access.  Thank you for the response.

Thanks Ub6424 but I tried all those.  In fact, I believe that was the thread I followed last year with no luck,  I guess when I want to run code I'll have to get a USB keyboard with a break key.  To save some time for anyone else with this issue, here's what I tried:

[No] Fn + B
[No] CTRL + Fn + B
[No] Fn + R
[No] CTRL + Fn + R
[No] CTRL + Fn + C
[No] CTRL + Scroll Lock
[No] CTRL + Fn + S
[No] CTRL+ C
[No] CTRL + Fn + Pause (Right SHIFT)
[No] Fn + Right SHIFT
[No] CTRL + Fn + INSERT
[No] Fn + F12
[No] CTRL + Fn + F11
[No] Fn + Ctrl + B
[No] CTRL + Alt + Fn + B
[No] CTRL+ALT+ESC+Fn+Right SHIFT
[No] ctrl+alt+FN+shift
[No] CTL + ALT + ESC
[No] CTL + ALT + FN + ESC
[No] CTL + ALT + PAUSE (pause is the shift function on the shift key. Kind of wierd)
[No] CTL + ALT + FN + PAUSE
[No] CTL + ALT + FN + INS
[No] Fn + Alt P

[No] PAUSE + f10 (with & without fn key)

You're welcome !

External <USB keyboard> should work

Good luck
