Where is my Office Home and Student

When I configured my laptop for online purchase from HP, HP had options for adding Microsoft Office.  I chose Office Home and Student 2019 instead of the full perpetual Office Suite or the Office 365 options.  The software cost was included in the HP order as part of the computer configuration and was reflected in the cost of the computer.  When it arrived today, I looked to see if that software was included in the apps already loaded on the computer.  I only saw trial versions of Office.  Where is my Office Home and Student?

I‘m sorry, but no one in this community can answer that question, because the HP Store exists in a complete different universe. You have to contact them directly.

It could be that the trial version only needs activation.

But, as mentioned, we can not help you with that and you should start by contacting HP Customer Support to see what they can do for you...
