Product: HP Laptop 15s-du1031TX
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
When trying to set this up I cannot enter my email address as the # key (which is superscript prior to the 2 key. does 't appear to work whenused with the alt or shift key I can just get a blank a UK pound sign or a " when I have adjusted the language or region settings
I see in other posts that others have had this problem.
Any one got any ideas......Thanks
