Trying to update bios for my HP 15 Notebook PC 15-F305dx when i go to software and driver two bios show up i dont know which one to dowload ?

Sorry for the late reply today i downloaded F.44 Rev.A and tried installing it using HP Support Assistant it was installing the update and then it froze for a while then rebooted itself when i checked the System Information the bios was the same i had a similar situation with a desktop that i updated the bios downloading the lastest version and installing it using HP Support Assistant it also froze but only for a minute or two rebooted itself when i checked the System Information the bios was updated.
I don't know why my notebook didn't update the bios but at least i'm glad i didn't brick my notebook.

I would recommend back up your files and data and perform system factory reset then try installing bios update.

As you've performed relevant troubleshooting steps and the issue persists. I would request you to contact our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to check the available service options for your laptop.

- Select the product type.
- Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
- Select the country from the drop-down.
- You should see the HP support number or Chat option listed
