Where did you purchase this Samsung Micro SD card from?
Reading your other posts also, it sounds like the card is bad or maybe even a fake.
I would back up any valuable data to an alternative source for insurance.
Can you try a completely different card in the tablet to test with?
Also, you can test your 128 GB Samsung with a flash tester like this one just to be "sure"...
FAKEFLASHTEST_v1.1.1 by Steve Si (best to back up data before testing)
Enter the password fake when prompted.

Just my 2 cents.

I would like to take a moment to thank you for posting on the HP Support Forums. I came across you post and would like to help. I understand that you have an HP Pro 610 Tablet and would like to know what type of file format is good for SD card.I'd like to help you with this case.
The below table gives you the details of different file formats:
Going by this table, the best file system to use would be FAT 32. In FAT 32 file system, a file size which is more than 4GB cannot fit in. The maximum file size should be 4 GB. However, you can multiple files of 4GB each in FAT32 file system.
Feel free to let me know if you have any questions. Cheers! 🙂

Hi! @arham1, thanks for the reply.
I would suggest you use exFAT.
SD Extended Capacity (SDXC™) card is an SD™ memory card based on the SDA 3.0 specification.
SDXC capacities range from 64GB to 2TB
Default Format: exFAT
Because SDXC uses a different file system called exFAT and it works differently than standard SD cards, this new format is NOT backwards compatible with host devices that only take SD (128MB to 2GB) or host devices that only take SDHC (4GB to 32GB). Most host devices built after 2010 should be SDXC compatible.
To ensure compatibility, look for the SDXC logo on cards and host devices (cameras, camcorders, etc.).
NOTE: Internal card readers on laptops from 2008 and prior may NOT support SDXC cards. SDXC cards will work in SDHC compatible readers (not SD readers) if the computer OS supports exFAT. For more information on exFat see: Operating Systems that support the exFAT File System
Windows 10 Supported natively
Windows 8 Supported natively
Windows 7 Supported natively
Let me know if this helps!
Have a beautiful day ahead! 🙂
