I have deleted hp smart health installer and removed its remnants from c drive but it's still showing in the hp support assistant when I ran operating system check in the list of installed hp software. so, if anyone know what the cause of the problem is can help me. Attached the screenshot down below. I am currently using win 11 22h2 and the pc is hp dk-0093au.Any suggestions would be appreciated. Screenshot_20221228_082324.png

I understand that you want to uninstall HPSA, I am glad to assist you.

  1. In Windows, search for an open Uninstall a program.
  2. On the Programs and Features window, select HP Support Assistant, and then click Uninstall.
  3. Click Yes to confirm you want to uninstall HP Support Assistant.
  4. Restart your computer to complete the process.
