Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I rebuilt my Hard drive last year and reinstall the OS, where can I install DVD/CD driver software so it can recognize my external drive? Thank you.

Normally external Optical drives are P-n-P devices. What is it ? You may have to install its driver to your computer. Please go to its vendor site to find for a right driver and install to your computer.
