Laely I have been trying to access HP support pages but lately have been getting 404 errors or pages are unavailable for some unknown reason.  I was trying to get documentation on a system I bought used and now the pages are not out here for some unknown reason.  Anyone else having these problems?

I completely understand how  it must be to run into 404 errors when you’re just trying to get the documentation you need. T

 

Could you please share the exact model number of your HP system (usually found on a sticker at the back or bottom of the device) and If I may ask which documentation are you looking for which I can try helping you with the link if possible?  
 

In the meantime, here are a few steps you can try:

Clear browser cache: Old cached data can sometimes cause broken links or outdated redirects.

Try a different browser: If you’re using Chrome, test with Edge or Firefox to see if the issue persists.

Check HP Support via search: Instead of navigating directly, use the search bar on the HP Support homepage  https://support.hp.com/ with your model number.

Verify regional site: Sometimes pages are unavailable if you’re redirected to the wrong regional HP site. Confirm you’re on the correct country/region page.
