At Software and drivers for HP ZBook 15 G2 Mobile Workstation there are 2 HP Hotkey Support drivers. 1 is under Driver-Keyboard, Mouse and Input Devices and the other is under Software-Solutions.

You would have to contact HP to get that question answered.

I have found the hotkey support driver on many HP business-class notebook's support pages in both places, under the keyboard drive section only, and under the software-solutions section only.

 

If you noticed, the driver version under the keyboard section is much newer than the one under the software-solutions section, so I would install the one under the keyboard section to have the latest version installed.
