ENVY 17t-j100 QUAD
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Keep getting a window on start-up, after latest Microsoft WINDOWS 10 update, that says I have to reload HP 3D DriveGuard.  GREAT... So where is it. My ENVY 17t-j100 Quad, product no. E1P14AV can't be found---anywhere- in HP website.

Hi,

Welcome to HP Support Forum. Please try

(a) Uninstall HP 3D DriveGuard from Device Manager,
(b) Reboot your machine,
(c) Download and install
 
    http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp78001-78500/sp78033.exe

(d) Restart your machine.
