Product: HP laptop with windows 11 purchased in November 2022
I have spent two days trying to uninstall this spyware from my laptop. I discovered that it was even on my laptop after running a scan with my antiviris program. It showed 209 hits from this spyware. I ran another scan a few hours later and it had risen to 269. I have tried the remedies such as windows R and misc or windows R----cpl. but my laptop cannot even find this file.
How can I get rid of this when my laptop won't even recognize that it is there. I tried the hp.com but same old same old "windows R" crap (excuse my language). Please if anyone has been able to correct this let me know how.
