Please take a look at the image below:
Why are there so many Microsoft Visual C++ distributions, and what do they do? Is is wise to remove them?

These are run-time libraries used by lots of applications. While you could manually try to remove the older versions of the same revision of each, if you make a mistake, one or more of your apps will not longer work and you will have a hard time fixing that. I also have all these revisions, and an x86 and 864 version of each, but not as many as you do.
If this were mine, I would leave them alone. You'll benefit very little from the removal and risk trashing apps in the process.
