Product: HP Spectre
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm so frustrated. I thought I bought a really good laptop. It seems something is always freezing up. Right now I cannot upload pictures from an SD card plugged into my USB port because the photo program keeps freezing. The whole purpose of my buying this laptop was for photo editing and I have had problem after problem...it's only a few months old. Can anyone help?

I don't have too many ideas, but I can try to help.

 

Did you copy over the files from the SD card onto the local drive and then use those locally stored files or are you directly accessing the files from the SD card for the photo editing program?

 

Furthermore, what photo editing program are you using?

I used to be an HP Expert. I no longer participate in this community.
