Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I turn my charger on the brightness increases that means its charging but in my screen it stays on 90%.

To keep the life of battery longer, machine may already cap at 90%. You can check from HPSA

idk what happened to the picture I uploaded it shows as a triangle but now it worked and shows 100% BUT THE LIGHT IS STILL BLINKING.
